If we haven’t met, I’m Lisa Story, MA, Certified Health Coach, yoga teacher, and busy working mom myself. I developed this 14 Day Guided and Supportive Program to transform the way you think about food, reshape your body from the inside out, and help you FEEL your best!

Many women I meet feel overwhelmed by cooking healthful foods for themselves and their families. They either don’t have time, or they struggle with feeding a family of picky eaters. And no one wants to cook two or three meals each night!  Indulging in real food can be FAR easier than you believe…and leave you feeling fabulous.

Doing a gentle cleanse or clean eating program like Eat Whole, Live Happy at the beginning of every season is a health practice that sets you up to feel energized year-round.  And, the spring is the absolute BEST time to detoxify your body.

First, there is an abundance of fresh produce available.

Carrots, artichokes, apricots, leeks, asparagus, radishes, leafy greens, onions, peas, strawberries, rhubarb.

                          During this program, you won’t need to take time off from work, own a juicer or fancy kitchen gadgets or deny yourself the pleasure of delicious food.

                          What if I get hungry or feel weak during the program?

                          There are many options and modifications that’ll be offered during the cleanse to ensure that you have the energy your need for your daily life.  Participating in a clean eating experience does not require that your life or exercise program come to a halt.  I’ll provide helpful tips and suggestions for sustaining your energy and feeling your best.

                          Do I have to give up coffee, wine, meat, dairy, sugar, etc.?

                          No. You don’t have to give up anything you don’t want to.  We’ll focus on eating fresh whole foods.  Coffee, wine, natural sweeteners, meat and dairy can all be a part of your program to the extent you choose.  The meal plans provided won’t include some of these things…but don’t let a cup of coffee or a glass of wine hold you back. This isn’t one of those all or nothing endeavors. I promise!

                          I can’t participate during the 14 days that the program is running, but I’d like the recipes and materials.  Can I still sign up?

                          Of course! The beauty of the program is that you can do it anytime that’s convenient for you. Classes are recorded and emailed.  You’ll also be provided with travel and socializing suggestions.  Live your life!

                          I’m a busy working parent who’s also preparing meals for my family. How can I participate while still tending to my family?

                          All the recipes can be enjoyed by your family during the Eat Whole, Live Happy Program.  In fact, this is encouraged. We’re simply enjoying real food!  It’s easy to add roasted chicken or grilled fish to make a heartier and more substantial meal for them.  I’ve also provided recipes in your cookbook that contain animal proteins for both you and your family.  Some of my past participants have shared that their husbands or wives and kids enjoyed the recipes very much and as a result the whole family began eating more healthfully. All the recipes can be modified to accommodate a smaller or larger family size. 

                          Can I share this program with friends or family?

                          The program is meant for you and your immediate family members. I respectfully request that you don’t share my copyrighted content outside your home.  This program represents years of my experience and many hours of diligent work.  Thank you for your understanding.
