Today is Health Coach Day. 🙂  To be honest I didn’t realize there was such a thing…but apparently…there is! For the decade I’ve been working in this capacity I’m continually asked what I actually do. The second question I receive is….what qualifications do you have? Both VERY important questions! I hope before you ever consider hiring a health coach you learn about their work, their philosophy and most importantly what qualifies them to do the work they do. Keep your immune system strong

Get plenty of proper rest each day. 7-8 hours between the hours of 10pm-6am is best.  Our immune system can’t do its job when we’re fatigued. Stay well hydrated with 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water each day.  Start your day with a glass of water with 1/2 lemon squeezed into it.  The vitamin C provided an immunity boost AND supports liver detoxification. Reduce processed, refined foods and eat MORE fresh fruits, vegetables and whole foods. Reduce or eliminate refined sugar and alcohol.
