Today is Health Coach Day. 🙂  To be honest I didn’t realize there was such a thing…but apparently…there is! For the decade I’ve been working in this capacity I’m continually asked what I actually do. The second question I receive is….what qualifications do you have? Both VERY important questions! Keep your immune system strong

Get plenty of proper rest each day. 7-8 hours between the hours of 10pm-6am is best.  Our immune system can’t do its job when we’re fatigued. Stay well hydrated with 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water each day.  Start your day with a glass of water with 1/2 lemon squeezed into it.  The vitamin C provided an immunity boost AND supports liver detoxification. Reduce processed, refined foods and eat MORE fresh fruits, vegetables and whole foods. Reduce or eliminate refined sugar and alcohol.
