Transforming New Year’s Resolutions

Happy New Year! This is the time of year where many of us are making resolutions and setting goals.  It is an exciting and awesome time to do so.  However, I would like to offer you a slightly different way than you may be familiar with to approach this process.  It is called, “Setting Intentions.” Setting intentions allows us to focus on identifying a heartfelt desire or feeling that we wish to have, then set an intention which is a bit like a personal prayer.  We then follow this up with meaningful action that supports our desires and intentions.  This is important, because too often we focus only on our goal, use willpower to achieve it, and find that we … KEEP READING…
