We’ll discuss easy travel foods both for car and airline travel, ways to keep digestion moving, travel exercise routines, and how to dine out while on the road.

This series teaches new students of yoga the important fundamentals that will provide the guidance and tools needed to develop and safe and beneficial yoga practice. All students will receive special attention while learning basic yoga postures, yogic breathing and relaxation techniques. The classes are taught in a sequential manner to help foster a supportive, safe and comfortable learning opportunity. Students will complete the series feeling ready to attend all level Hatha Yoga classes.

Restorative Yoga

dsc_8512This class is ideal for any level of student.  It’s an opportunity to slow down and restore the body, mind and spirit while being nurtured with loving therapeutic touch.  Restorative yoga is a soothing way to end the weekend and support the week ahead feeling at peace and centered with a clear intention.

Candlelight Yin Yoga

This class is ideal for any level of student. Yin yoga is a beautiful slow-paced practice that supports the body is balancing our active yang energy. Through these poses the body, mind and Spirit can then to come into balance and experience rejuvenation. Yin yoga is a wonderful way to end the day, release stress and prepare for a good night’s sleep.
